My love for good food and wine started back at a young age when I used to travel with my father to different restaurants and hotels around the south of Italy as my father was a head waiter; I used to sit back in the kitchens and admire the work in process whilst following my mother’s passion for cooking all the different dishes with such simplicity and love.

Travelling around the globe and working with chefs of different nationalities has influenced and enriched my cooking style.

 

One important element is the continuous “research and passion” for quality local produces.

 

Winner of Lincolnshire Best Restaurant 2005-2006

and 2007-2008.

Gold in the East Midlands Enjoy England Award.

Silver in the National final of Enjoy England Award.
